1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staffioo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

Staffioo provides HR management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance tools.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and lawful information
  • Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality
  • Misuse or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees, if applicable, are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Compliance Responsibility

While Staffioo provides tools for compliance, the final responsibility of statutory compliance lies with the employer.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks belong to Codenius Tech Pvt. Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staffioo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of policy violation or unlawful use.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
